With more than 35 years of experience in counseling and the healing arts, Lucy bridges the psychological and the spiritual with warmth, discernment, and depth. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling and studied directly under Dr. Albert Ellis, one of the most influential psychologists of the 20th century. This foundation allows her to meet people with both compassion and clarity, honoring the human experience while gently opening doorways to expanded awareness.
People are drawn to work with Lucy for the quality of presence she brings. Her grounded, compassionate field supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and inner coherence. Rather than imposing techniques or outcomes, she listens deeply—to words, energy, silence, and timing—allowing insight and healing to arise in ways that feel natural, respectful, and integrated.
Lucy is a Certified and Registered Reiki Master Teacher in multiple lineages, including Usui, Tibetan, Karuna®, Holy Fire® III, Interdimensional, Animal, Online, and World Peace Reiki. She is also a 12th Ray Interdimensional Healing Master, a Conscious Channel for Divine Guidance, and a Certified Angel Intuitive. Her work is further informed by training in Sylvotherapy, Permaculture, and Geobiology, reflecting her deep relationship with nature, land, and planetary consciousness.
Rather than offering techniques alone, Lucy creates fields of coherence where insight, regulation, and remembrance naturally unfold. Her work may include Reiki, sound, subtle energy alignment, guided meditation, hypnotherapy, nature-based practices, and intuitive guidance—always in service of helping individuals reconnect with their own innate wisdom.
