Reiki is a sacred healing art that channels Universal Life Energy to support the body’s natural ability to heal. Originating from Japan, the word Reiki means “spiritually guided life energy,” and its practice gently restores balance to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Reiki is also a foundational offering at Spiritual Horizons and is provided by our Reiki-certified practitioners. Each practitioner brings their own intuitive strengths, allowing every session to be both consistent in quality and uniquely expressed.

Every Reiki session is intuitively guided in alignment with what the client is ready to experience and receive in that moment. While hands-on or hands-off energy transmission is always at the heart of the work, your session may naturally include complementary elements such as:

• tuning forks and gentle sound work • crystal bowls or Himalayan bowls
• crystals placed in the biofield or on the body • aura cleansing and energetic clearing
• grounding and centering practices • cord cutting and energy boundary restoration
• chakra balancing

These elements arise organically through presence and attunement, creating a session that supports balance, coherence, and deep energetic harmony. Each visit is an invitation to relax into stillness, reconnect with your inner vitality, and receive exactly what your system is ready to integrate.
